Max BlackmerMax Blackmer has been involved in the consulting industry since 1993 working for other consulting firms such as Computer Horizons and Robert Half Consulting with has strong industry experience with Internet technologies. Two years ago started Knowledge Power IT a consulting firm focused on Business Systems Consulting with a focus on Small and Medium Sized Businesses. Helping Company's develop an IT infrastructure and processes to help their business grow and expand operations through the use of CRM and ERP Software with customizations and training to their organizations.
Ken BrillKen Brill has been a programmer since 1982, in that time he used no less than 12 flavors of BASIC plus REXX, AREXX, COBOL, PASCAL, CL, RPG, C, E, C++, Python, PHP, Perl, Java, Javascript, lisp, Fortran, Forth, Pascal and about 30 different Scripting languages (AppleScript, WPL, VBScript etc..). Today he creates software and hardware solutions for a company that does both marine communications equipment (Audio/Video systems and Emergency/Fire systems) and event marketing hardware (kiosks, mobile theaters, specialty vehicles and the like). Basically designing hardware and software that is rugged enough to withstand the high seas and easy enough to use with little or no training. When he's not working, he is playing with SugarCRM and has been doing so since version 2.0. He also works with about a dozen small companies that use SugarCRM, moderates the Help forum on SuagrCRM.com and works with the Sugar Dev-User Groups creating content for the monthly meetings.
Marcelo LeiteMarcelo Leite (aka Mr. Milk), CEO and founder of AnySoft Informatica, is a professional with 25 years of experience in information technology. He has been working on the CRM market since its beginning, applying business strategies and software solutions to a variety of business models. Previous to founding AnySoft, a 12-year old CRM company, Marcelo worked for large corporations such as Elebra S/A and Symantec Corp, having established, in 1990, Symantec's operations in Brazil.
Florian TremlFlorian Treml has been involved with IT since 1998, when subscribing to "Applied Information Technology" at Salzburg University, Austria. Working as freelancer for seven years, he got strong knowledge in lot of IT environments, such as J2EE, Microsoft .NET and LAMP. In 2005, the IT consulting company go-mobile has been founded together with Lothar Mausz to bring this knowledge straight to the customer. As one of the first 3rd party developers in the Sugar community, go-mobile and Florian Treml released some well-known Sugar addons integrating Sugar with other Open Source technologies, such as JasperReports, KnowledgeTree and TikiWiki. Besides, go-mobile helped several companies with Sugar implementation, such as Inode UPC (internet/TV provider), Schering AG (pharmacology) and Schrack AG (electronics).
Ryuhei UchidaI'm CTO of CareBrains, Inc., a business process consulting company in Japan and a reseller partner of SugarCRM. I have almost 20 years experience of business applications both in Japan and in the United States, and have helped lots of customers optimize business processes. As contributions to the Sugar community which I love best in the world, I'm leading the Japanese Language Pack Project, Resource Management Module, and am moderating the Help Forum in the community. I am sometimes wandering about the IT world as Ninja. :-) Ryuhei Uchida is also the author of a book about SugarCRM titled "Open Source CRM: A primer".
