Notes: Hello Sugar Community, A bug was brought to our attention this past week in which on case close send an email to the account related to the case did not work. We found the problem in the ProcessManagerEngine.php file in which we were incorrectly getting the email address for the account. This update fixes this problem.For those who already have installed Process Manager for SugarCRM CE 5.2 all you need to do is download this zip file - unzip and replace the file /modules/PM_ProcessManager/ProcessManagerEngine.php Regards, Bill Convis Customer Support SierraCRM
