Great Add on for SugarCRMReviewed by kieranrm (04/26/2013)We have been using iZeno for over a year now and send on average 50-75 automated SMSs a day. Incredibly valuable tool and very easy to use. The new upgrade for 2 way communication will be of great use to us! |

Good product, some limitationsReviewed by supermarket1 (01/22/2012)Works as described, but with a major limitation, 140characters, instead of the global standard of 160 characters, plus you can't send more than 1 single SMS, which is pretty big, this has forced us back using our old gateway to send SMS. Also, can't make the sender have have space on the sender's character. These are basic features for over 10years of SMS existence, would have expected it. Every other thing works. |

Excelent SMS moduleReviewed by miguel85 (10/27/2011)Fantastic module, great support, easy installation, exactly what our organisation was looking for. We needed something to launch campaigns across 3 continents and the iZeno module is capable of delivering as promised with great rates. We were hoping for a customization for the user to specify their own callerID and iZeno worked on it right away and is in the process of adding our request to the module. I'd like to see a solution for incoming SMS's but we've found a workaround for now using an "SMS to Email" service for the callerID. If you're looking for an SMS module this one is worth acquiring. |
