It eliminates the hassle of dealing with the built in e-mail client and lets you work more efficiently in a purpose built e-mail solution and conveniently archive emails in Sugar. The setup is a breeze with very nicely written detailed instructions with screenshots. The developer was very responsive in helping me with an additional customization, couldn't be more pleased.

One of the features i I love in SFDC and I am glad I do not have to use them for this. Note: The docs are for Professional, but it works in CE 6.2.3 (at least for me). 2 mistakes I made. 1. YOU MUST have scheduler runnning (I know....Duh). 2. You MUST be able to have emails imported (I know...Duh again). Once I had this set up, it worked. I will say I had a hell of a time getting it to work with my IMAP server. Had to use GMAIL. Again, probably my fault.

5.0 out of 5 stars	Excellent plugin Reviewed by terrya (06/08/2011) While I encountered a few issues in setting up this plugin, all of them were related to Sugar, not the plugin. Once I fixed the Sugar settings for our personal email accounts (which were causing the cron job to fail) and got the group account set up correctly (easy, thanks to Blake's clear instructions), everything worked perfectly. This is a great plugin to let you archive your emails from any email client (we have one PC, one Mac; one Outlook and one Mail) and both work great. I've even archived emails sent from my iPad, so platform and email client issues vanish. Thanks for contributing this!
