POOR quality and reviews above are fakeReviewed by lpepper123 (04/30/2013)I am VERY disappointed in the Call Trunk module. I found it to be buggy and the call recordings to be of poor quality. I HIGHLY QUESTION the veracity of the reviews above and from the looks of the grammar, dates of the few reviews and content dare i suggest these are completely made up and fake testimonials. Excellent!Reviewed by miguel85 (11/29/2011)After looking for a good telephony system for our non-profit organisation this hit the nail on the head perfectly. Calltrunk places the call straight from the contact record in Sugar with one click, logs the call and allows you to enter info about the call while you're still on the phone. The recording is available straight from the call record as soon as you hang up. The ability to configure accounts individually or globally, manage callerIDs and review employees recordings straight from the admin account is SIMPLY BRILLIANT!!! |

Hands Down!Reviewed by ufgator31 (10/12/2011)First Thanks Sugar for certifying the module...that was the last step in our CT implementation. I don't normally write reviews (who really has the bandwidth)...but I feel the Call Trunk fit to our needs deserved something. Our need was a highly scalable but low cost option for allowing our widely dispersed reps (200+) to manage their calls on any phone (they tend to use mobile...but cant be limited) and then manage them in Sugar...automatically. The CT subscription model meant zero capital cost, very low op cost and super flex on how many users thus far....and since they operate in the cloud (most overused word in IT today IMO) we were able to get reps up and running in 1 day. Yep...not a typo. Def not your typical IT deployment...looking fwd to others. |
