5.0 out of 5 stars	Fantastic Plug-in Reviewed by threesixty (07/09/2012) We use Sugar every day for contact management for our insurance agency and the plug-in for our Vocalocity VOIP service could not be better. When you combine the integration with Outlook, Sugar and LinkedIn you instantly know who's calling and in one click can go right to their record. It will also create a record of all outgoing to those records in Sugar.

For over 6 months I have begging and pleading for staff to document all calls in Sugar....and after starting this up - in one month I already have over 600 calls documented! If you use Sugar and want a very elegant Telephony integration - this is a slam dunk!
