nice little app to employee views

app loaded easily enough. this is a very useful app as it shows you the current status of a user on the system. what would be better however is if this were an ajax application. such that if i mouse over the employees icon, it would pop up a window w/ the status of my team.
also - would like to see the status auto populate based upon a user logging in to the system.
finally - would love to see some good use case documentation...i would be happy to provide this if the author would like for me to do it...
there is 1 bug/issue i found when doing a mass update on the status of employees. so, when i am in the employee screen/module and i select all employees. if i perform a mass update choosing status "active"...it creates a blank user (i will call him "null" user) at the top of employee list. however, when i go to admin>user management>users i don't see this "null" user listed there???
not sure what that is all about. weird thing is...when i log in as another user w/o admin permissions, and go to the employees module...i don't see this extra "null" user.
note - if while in the employee's screen, you perform any mass update. this application will continue to create these "null" employees. This bug needs to be fixed.
again, overall a very useful idea but needs to be fixed before put into practical use. also, it would be a much more useful app if it automatically set the status based upon a user's login rather than having the user set their status. In my experience of working with the adoption of CRM, people usually don't use a status field like this if it isn't;
A) always available from 1 click (here, you have to click on employees and then click to change your status
B) should automatically change the field logged in/out based upon the server user's log
C) should at the very least, include a mouseover on the employee's link to show a status.
overall however, this is a wonderful little app. this is definately on the right track. I would have given it 4 stars if the bug was fixed prior to releasing as a non-beta.
