Very valuable moduleReviewed by chestergreen (07/17/2007)
We use it to organize our journalists' travels in europe and it is just working fine. The travels calendar view give us always a quick look where they are chasing around. I send the german language file to the developer and the new language support was realized within two days. Very good! |

Decent Add-onReviewed by lurkerfilms (07/07/2007)This is a decent add-on that finally allows us to create multi-day events like tradeshows etc. Unfortunately not completely integrated into sugarcrm. This kind of functionality should be part of the core sugarcrm product. Would like to see exporting as ical format to allow subscription to the list of "Travels". Also as a side note I had a problem configuring the module and got help almost immediately so hats-off. |

Why isn't this functionality in the core build?Reviewed by netd (06/26/2007)
Our standard business model is based around multi-day events and this module ticks all the boxes as far as scheduling is concerned. This module acts independently of the main Calendar which might be an inconvenience, but as new SugarCRM users, we will just manage user training around this. |

Very well done - much better then the standard 'calendar'Reviewed by wookie74 (05/03/2007)We have field service people that would be out on the road for a few days or a full week and the standard SugarCRM 'shared calendar' wasn't enough because you can't specific days (only hours) so if you were gone for 5 days you can't enter more then 99 hours. Kind of a pain but the the Grinmark guys really put together a good package that really allows anyone to see what other are doing. The weekends are faded so you can easily decipher Mon through Friday and when you hover the mouse over the blocked out day, a tool-tip pops up with the description so managers can easily she who, where and what. Well done!! I did have a slight problem with implementation but original code writers got back to me very quickly (<24 hr) and I'm really impressed. Definitely worth giving it a try (easily uninstalled through admin/module loader if you don't like). |

This module would be just fine to manage multiple days off unfortunately the rest of Sugar does not know anything of it. You can still schedule meetings with a person in holidays. |
