Riva is a great tool to make CRM work as easy as possible for your sales team.
Without interference of the user all his sugar contacts, opportunities, issues and tasks are syncrhonised into Exchange and back to outlook. And outgoing mail is automatically processed for new contacts, new accounts or added as conversation under existing accounts.
Great support from the Riva team in case of trouble, I can recommend this to all professional sugar users.
ANd no, i'm not workign at Riva ;)
