Great module and support

This is exactly what I was looking for to manage my cases, better than the default case management function. It is easy to use and very well designed, I am using it on version 6.2 CE. Clean and simple, I love this module. Thank you for your great support, keep up the excellent work! Definitely a 5 star.

I like the module. There are a few things you have to get used to but it appears to be a good fit for our needs.

Great potential!

When this totally works it would be great! For 6.1 (at least my install !) time and date are not correct when saved and history ('view tickets') doesn't show any tickets.

But this is really a great project!
